Whittier City School District Educational Foundation
The Whittier City School District has provided quality education for more than 100 years. The top priority for the district is to improve the academic achievement of each student. The WCSDEF provides financial support to the District that allows enhancement of the learning environment which in turn improves student success. The WCSDEF offers this community an opportunity to invest in the short-term and long-term success of the District. This success, as measured by the outcomes of each student at each school, will have a significant and positive impact on the economic dynamics of the community, resulting in the growth of the housing market and local businesses. The investments in the Foundation, through charitable contributions, are governed by a volunteer Board of Directors, and regulated by laws pertaining to all 501 (c) (3) organizations. This investment design is prudent for all parties.
