Whittier City School District staff appreciates and values our students and their families.  We understand that strong family involvement is an essential component to our student's success.  We seek opportunities to partner with our families in a variety of activities, from Parent Teacher Associations and Parent Faculty Organization to Family Math Nights.

Our goal is to provide our students’ families with the information they need to support their children in their academic success while providing opportunities for families to come together to have fun.  Each school has a calendar that lists the activities that they will sponsor for the month.  Please check the calendar regularly for updates.  In addition, schools use Alert Solutions to inform families of special events and activities.  Check out your child’s school website for upcoming events and also check this website for parent workshops offered at the District Parent Center.
