Hello Families!
 
We are here to support issues you may have with student iPads.
Before reaching us for tech support please make sure you follow these steps first.
 
1. If Apps are Greyed Out or are not working we recommend deleting the App.
The App will re-download in about 30 mins. App has not returned within 30 minutes please use "Self Service" App to re-download the app manually.
