New Student Enrollment for the 2021-2022 School Year
Registration for the 2021-2022 school year will begin on February 02, 2021. Priority Registration for Whittier City School District Families is February 2 - March 2, 2021. During priority registration, WCSD families have the opportunity to request Intra-District Transfers for the 2021-2022 school year. Families may continue to enroll throughout the school year.
Note: Current WCSD 5th grade students promoting to Middle School do not need to complete a new registration packet. If a student is seeking enrollment in a school other than their home school, an Intra-District permit will need to be submitted to their home school. Visit our Permits page for more information.
Registration and Enrollment Amidst COVID-19 School Closures
WCSD is committed to providing a safe environment for students, families, and staff. Due to current and ongoing COVID-19 surges and changing county health orders, WCSD is adopting new registration procedures while schools remain closed to the public. The following information reviews the 2021-2022 pre-registration process during distance learning.
Families have four options to submit pre-registration paperwork in the event that school offices remain closed to the public during the pandemic:
