Siblings of currently enrolled students in the DI Program

School of Residence Phelan Language Academy or West Whittier Elementary School

District Resident

NOT School of Residence (intra-district transfer)

Out-of-District Residents
(inter-district transfer)

1. Attend a virtual Dual Immersion Parent Orientation Meeting
2. Complete the online Dual Immersion Interest Form after attending the Dual Immersion Parent Meeting

3. Complete all the registration forms and submit accompanying documents (proof of residence, birth certificate, immunization records, etc.)

4. Request an intra- or inter-district permit if you do not live within the school/district boundaries.

5. Notifications will be mailed in May.
